Is News Corp preparing to sell MySpace News Corpa4ぎa4г digital media chief Jon Miller declined to answer the question when he was on stage at Business Insidera4ぎa4г Ignition conference today, but he suggested that ita4ぎa4г a real possibility.
MySpace recently unveiled a redesign with a focus on what Miller called a4ぎAthe socialization and personalization of contenta4ぎ, which supposedly moves it out of direct competition with Facebook. Miller said the redesign was a4ぎAdone pretty wella4ぎ and is a4ぎAabout to be done very wella4ぎ as MySpace continues to improve the site.

Still, Miller acknowledged that the redesign needs to prove itself. In the meantime, therea4ぎa4г a question about whether News Corp can wait for that to happen. News Corp faces a4ぎAthe glare of public company reporting,a4ぎ so ita4ぎa4г harder to continue pouring money into an unprofitable product.
