Sequoia Capital is one of Silicon Valley&'s great venture capital firms (it has backed the founders of Apple, Oracle, Cisco, Network Appliance, NVIDIA, Yahoo, Google, YouTube, Admob and many others).

Having them as a partner can provide a turbo boost to any ambitious startup.

So we&'ve joined with Sequoia Capital to be at your beck and call. Together with their partners, we&'ll answer questions and‚ provide feedback to a select group of driven early-stage entrepreneurs at the Sequoia Capital offices on Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park on Tuesday, December 7.

This is part of our ongoing quest to find the best entrepreneurs in the world for DEMO, the event VentureBeat co-produces every six months, with the next conference scheduled for February 27 &8211' March 1 in Palm Springs, California.

So whether youa4‚¬a4„re contemplating a launch at that upcoming DEMO, or at a later date, the session will give you the opportunity to meet with myself (Ia4‚¬a4„m DEMO Executive Producer and am in charge of selecting DEMOa4‚¬a4„s class of companies) as well as a few partners from Sequoia Capital. Each session will be for at least a half-hour (20 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of feedback).

If youa4‚¬a4„re interested in coming to this gathering at Sequoia Capital, please fill out this form.‚ The‚ focus‚ of this session‚ will‚ be‚ on‚ companies‚ in‚ SaaS,‚ cloud infrastructure (or unique use cases of leveraging the cloud), mobile apps/platforms/devices, databases and‚ open source software. Wea4‚¬a4„ll be providing feedback to up to 10 companies during the day.

These meetings‚ are not designed‚ to be pitches for funding. They are a great opportunity to develop an early relationship with the firma4‚¬a4„s partners without the pressure that comes with a typical pitch.

Look forward to seeing some of you at Sequoia Capital!
